SHIPPING POLICY
Due to COVID-19, we are operating with certain shipping restrictions as a result of government containment measures and delivery may take longer than usual. We aim to dispatch orders within one business day.
Our estimated delivery times in the Middle East are within 3 - 4 Days.
Please note: unfortunately we do not currently ship to PO boxes.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your details
Return & Exchange Policy
You are welcome to return unopened items to us (providing they are unused and in their original packaging) within 14 days of receipt. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
*Items returned in a non-saleable condition such as:
• Broken seal
• Used
• Relabelled
• Pierced
Card refunds may take up to 20 business days to complete depending on the bank’s processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and we are unable to influence this.
